Sales and Business Development Specialist


  • Coordinate, plan, and manage routine sales within the budget
  • Maintain cooperation with existing clients and attract new ones, conclude business contracts
  • Participate in short-term and long-term budget planning
  • Conduct global and specific market analysis
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new products
  • Participate in the development of the company’s new business directions


  • Experience in sales, excellent communication, and collaboration skills
  • Higher education, preferably in pharmacy, medicine, or natural sciences
  • An understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices in the industrial pharmaceutical industry is desirable
  • Good English and Latvian language skills
  • An understanding of commercial aspects, economics, and strategic planning is desirable
