Technical and maintenance department manager

I started my career at Pharmidea as a production operator, performing various production functions, from material preparation to vial hermeticity testing. Over time, I became a shift supervisor, leading various production processes and organizing work. Two years later, I decided to change departments and became an equipment mechanic. I only worked in this position for 4 months, because my manager noticed my interest and skills in technical matters and I became the Senior Mechanic in the company. I participated in the planning, construction and launch of the second production line. In 2022, I became the technical and maintenance department manager. I am responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems in the company work flawlessly 24/7 to ensure the full production process. Pharmidea has given me the feeling that nothing is impossible, you can always grow and develop, learn something new, that there are no unsolvable problems, you just have to look for a solution, and there is definitely one! Pharmidea makes its employees feel good and every year solutions are sought to improve employee well-being.

Almost 10 years ago, I made a conscious decision to move from working in the food industry to the pharmaceutical industry in search of new opportunities. I was attracted to a small, dynamic and unique European company (PHARMIDEA) that seemed to fit my goals perfectly. When I learned about the specialist position opening, I was intrigued by the opportunity to work in a non-traditional workflow and solve the various problems that arise in such an environment. During my time at PHARMIDEA, I have experienced significant growth both personally and professionally. Starting as an analyst at QCL, I worked my way up to my current position as Deputy Head of Product Development Department. During my tenure, I gained extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), pharmaceutical analysis and product development. I improved my skills in using analytical equipment, validated methods and learned to use Empower 3 software. An important aspect of my professional journey was improving my professional English language skills. Additionally, I had the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded people and expand my professional network by connecting with companies from all over the world.

I started my career at Pharmidea in 2014 as a Deputy Production Manager. During these 10 years, I have changed positions several times and became the production advancement unit manager. My responsibilities include ensuring production, solving daily production problems, improving production processes and validating them. I also manage RAN, organize work, prioritize and solve tasks effectively. My professional development during these years has been primarily driven by the rapid growth of the company, which requires employees to adapt to unpredictable daily situations and make quick decisions. This has promoted my personal and professional growth and development. Over the past 10 years, the company has undergone significant changes, becoming larger and more recognizable. The production has been stabilized, which will also provide greater stability in all departments of the company. During 10 years, I have participated in many company projects and have seen the growth stages. I understood my role and the importance of my role in the development of the company. PharmIdea's culture and team are very motivated, welcoming and enjoyable, which motivates me to go to work with pleasure.
