December 2005, PharmIdea LLC was registered in Register of Enterprises of Latvia;

January 2007, PharmIdea initiates 4.1 mEUR investment to establish 600 sq.m. research laboratory and scale-up unit for development of sterile high potency, mainly anti-cancer, drugs in freeze-dried and liquid form;

June 2007, Scientific projects in collaboration with Institute of Organic Synthesis, Riga, Latvia, and Competence Centre of Cancer Research, Tallinn, Estonia started;

April 2009, PharmIdea LLC expands international presence by establishing of PharmIdea Eesti OÜ, located in Tallinn, Estonia

September 2009, PharmIdea Pakistan founded in Karachi, Pakistan

May 2010, License received for aseptically prepared freeze-dried products, small volume liquids, terminally sterilized injectables including cytotoxics/cytostatics manufacturing

September 2010  Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate granted for small volume sterile products manufacturing including cytotoxics/cytostatics .

August 2011 Received license for Investigation medicinal products (IMP) manufacturing. GMP Certificate for IMP production expected up to end of 2011
